Assembly & Operations/ Manager in Training (FT/PT year round)

Cape Cod Beach Chair is looking for a year round employee to join the crew in a bit of a "jack of all trades" capacity.
In this position, you will spend the next few months learning all elements of our daily operations- various part chair assembly, embroidery machine operation, sales, store operations, shipping and receiving logistics, customer service, etc. As your skills are established you will transition into a hands on leadership role, responsible for quarterbacking chair production, supervising staff, and overseeing the CCBC storefront as needed throughout the year. With an eye towards possible expansion opportunities for CCBC, a business savvy employee with interest and skills in sales/marketing may be able to expand upon on the role.

The ideal candidate will be personable, reliable and hard working, have attention to detail, a hands on "problem solver", and be self motivated to work in both a fast-paced summer environment and slower off season. Interest in woodworking, handy with tools a plus. You must have a can-do attitude and be willing to assist and contribute to the success of Cape Cod Beach Chair. College education preferred but not required.
Long Term Potential
As the CCBC founder looks to the future, we plan to create a General Manager position within the next 3-5 years. For the right candidate, this position provides a potential stepping stone to a greater career path (if desired).
Starting pay of $22+/hr while training, with frequent raises as skills and responsibility are established. Package may also include year end bonus, generous vacation policy, 401k with company match, options for education reimbursement, and amazing product discounts!
