Returns & Exchanges
The Cape Cod Beach Chair Company often receives letters and emails from customers stating how much they love their chairs. We are confident that you will love yours, too! However, if you are not satisfied with your chair or other merchandise it can be returned in as-new condition within 30 days of receipt of order. Cape Cod Beach Chair will gladly refund the purchase price of the chair, minus any outbound shipping fees, subject to the following conditions:
1. Buyer must obtain an authorization from Cape Cod Beach chair prior to the return of any goods;
2. All returns of online orders are subject to a restocking fee of 10% to reconcile packaging costs and the actual outbound shipping charges (which are typically greater than we charge);
3. Sale/Clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange as all sales are final;
4. No returns will be allowed if the goods have been custom embroidered;
5. Goods must be returned in original packaging and be in the original condition; and
6. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping to Cape Cod Beach Chair, and for arranging the return shipment.
When shipping back chairs please carefully repackage the chair using the original box and bubble wrapping, and include your original receipt or order information. In particular, be sure to place adequate bubble wrap around the cup holders to ensure they aren't damaged in transit. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Sorry, we do not accept returns of chairs with custom embroidery or monograms, chairs with custom requested wood or fabrics, chairs that have been used, or any discounted/sale items.
