Squibnocket

Squibnocket faces the Atlantic and is known for heavy surf. In fact, it may have the most consistently powerful surf of all the Martha's Vineyard beaches. A well-established local surf spot, the beach if fairly rocky.

A Town of Chilmark residential permit is required here for beach access during the summer season. No public parking is available.

Directions: Located in Chlmark, Squibnocket is accessible via seasonal shuttle bus service.
